Our customers prefer an old-fashioned approach to business relationships and to the important decisions they have to make about their communications infrastructure. Bad advice becomes obsolete. The old-fashioned approach is as modern as ever.
You will speak to project managers & not salespeople – when we come & see you, it is to gain an understanding of the practicalities of your organisation, to understand what you need & to advise on the best solution. Our project managers stay with the project until we hand over to our maintenance engineers after the systems are live.
You can use our maintenance division
– we have a team of engineers, some of whom provide a constant reference point in the office while the others travel to customers to help with their problems. Who’d have thought that supporting customers in the long-term would be considered novel nowadays?
You get engineers that have been
well-trained – all of our engineers have been trained in-house. They are technically excellent & are sociable too. We have engineers that can design, plan, install, commission & provide support for all needs.
You get engineers to come to you – although we offer full remote support on our systems, in the unlikely event that we cannot solve your problem this way, we will send out a real person to fix your problem and give you the support you require.
We give you peace of mind – we recognise that system downtime is critical to businesses operations. We hold stock of all components to ensure that problems do not disrupt your business. Customers benefit from a monthly backup of system configuration, stored securely on & off-site, enabling us to reconfigure the full system as quickly as possible.
You can come to our demonstration room – before making your decision on your long-term supplier, we encourage clients to visit our premises where we have a demonstration and training room with all equipment on display. This also gives you the opportunity to meet our friendly staff.
