Will I still be with BT?

Although your bills will come directly from us the network and your supply still come from BT wholesale so, in the event of a fault, BT Openreach will still attend and resolve the problem.

Will I need to contact BT?

No. We will take care of this on your behalf. However, if you are with an alternative supplier, you will need to give them written notice as per your contract. We can help by supplying a template letter for you to send.

How can you be much cheaper than BT?

Because our overheads are a lot smaller, we do not need to make the profits that feed the BT giant. This we pass on to our clients.

If I want to talk to somebody, will they be in the UK?

Yes. When you ring the support number, you will be put straight through to our support team without the need for choosing from a huge range of options
